A detailed pre event meeting, with me, to discuss what you want from your day.
*I arrive well in advance of you, and welcome your guests.
* I liaise with venue staff, registrars and all other suppliers.
* Arrange welcome drinks etc
* Co ordinate photographs with ushers and photographers/videographers.
*Ensure wedding breakfast is set and ready before announcements.
* Announce speeches and any other housekeeping details.
* Welcome evening guests (where applicable)
* Organise cutting of cake and First dance
